ABC Wednesday. H Is For Heverything I Could Put A Twist On
The title says it all, at the moment all my time resource is going into sorting photos out from our last trip. So I thought I would be a tad devious and bend the title truth slightly.
The first photo is one of my hand pointing down from the Calgary Tower to some building a few hundred feet below. I am standing on a glass shelf which I found extremely unnerving.
Could not get as many good shots from here as I would of liked as it was a dull day.

The second photograph, again taken in Calgary was of one of those urban arty designs which I have called Helter Skelter.

The third I have entitled High Up In The Rockies. I consider this to be a fantastic Vista encompassing, land, water, mountains and sky. The colour of the water is due to glacial melt.

The fourth photo is of the harbour bridges in Vancouver. Plus a little of photoshop experimentation.

Thats all folks, except to say I am now totally pi**ed off with the make up of this blog and the amount of effort I have to put into it to get it right, it is not user friendly in the slightest. So I have made my decision I am moving over to blogger and will use this as an archived link. Not sure when put ASAP

Clever use of “H” and a great selection of photos. Hope the move to Blogger goes well :o)

The second photo is fantastic. Great effort.

There’s nothing wrong with a bit of artistic licence Peter!! The photo’s are worth seeing whatever you titled them!
The second is my favourite photo. It immediately reminded me of the spine of a skeleton, like you would see in a museum.
Hope the move to Blogger goes as smoothly as you’d like it too.

Enjoyed your many H’s - especially the High in the Rockies - the water is gorgeous!

Ingenious Peter, I’m so jealous of people who can think of more subjects than my solitary ‘one’. The helter skelter is quite an art form, I like it. You wouldn’t get me anywhere near that glass!
Hope the move goes well - remember and leave directions so we can find you!

Wow I’ve done a bit of hopping and yours is an incredibly jazzy blog too… found you via the comment you left in Ruth’s blog (ruthjen.blogspot)…
Re this Calgary Tower doesn’t there seem to be a LOT of these towers that look like a flying saucer impaled on a giant needle all over north America… we don’t get them here, nearest thing is the Post Office Tower in London which is a very tall thin tube with a flying saucer thing on top that apparently used to contain a revolving restaurant but they closed it to the public for fear of terrorism… that was in the 1970s!
Great blog… you’re welcome to drop by my place if you haven’t been already… you seem somehow familiar but I’ve brains like a seive!
OK see you later maybe all the best & take it easy

G’day Peter,
The first two shots are sensational. Never been to Calgary, but I must lead the stampede one day!
As promised, my H post about Sergeant Restive of the Yukon (H is for Helicopter) is a subject that you enjoy.
Hope you like it ….
Cheers

Oooooooooooooooooooooooooooh well done that man!
Moving to Blogger? Are we having a party?

You’re clever.
I don’t think I could have stood on the glad ledge to take a photo, actually no, there would have been no way I would have stepped onto it. Some great shots!
