You're clever. :) I don't think I could have stood on the glad ledge to take a photo, actually no, there would have been no way I would have stepped onto it. Some great shots!

G'day Peter,

The first two shots are sensational. Never been to Calgary, but I must lead the stampede one day!

As promised, my H post about Sergeant Restive of the Yukon (H is for Helicopter) is a subject that you enjoy.

Hope you like it ....

Cheers

Wow I've done a bit of hopping and yours is an incredibly jazzy blog too... found you via the comment you left in Ruth's blog (ruthjen.blogspot)...
Re this Calgary Tower doesn't there seem to be a LOT of these towers that look like a flying saucer impaled on a giant needle all over north America... we don't get them here, nearest thing is the Post Office Tower in London which is a very tall thin tube with a flying saucer thing on top that apparently used to contain a revolving restaurant but they closed it to the public for fear of terrorism... that was in the 1970s!
Great blog... you're welcome to drop by my place if you haven't been already... you seem somehow familiar but I've brains like a seive!
OK see you later maybe all the best & take it easy

Ingenious Peter, I'm so jealous of people who can think of more subjects than my solitary 'one'. The helter skelter is quite an art form, I like it. You wouldn't get me anywhere near that glass!

Hope the move goes well - remember and leave directions so we can find you! :)

There's nothing wrong with a bit of artistic licence Peter!! The photo's are worth seeing whatever you titled them!

The second is my favourite photo. It immediately reminded me of the spine of a skeleton, like you would see in a museum.

Hope the move to Blogger goes as smoothly as you'd like it too.
